There are very few things in the world that we love more than stories about dogs and stories about overcoming adversity, which explains why we love the story of Glenn the Jack Russell terrier and his BFF Buzz the Stafford bull terrier so much.

The adorable furry pals were rescued together from a sea tunnel in Hartlepool, England last month and are pretty much inseparable, but for good reason. Glenn is blind in both eyes so Buzz serves as his guide dog.

“Buzz acts as Glenn’s eyes and it’s as simple as that,” Sue Bielby, a worker from the Stray Aide organization that rescued the pals told the BBC. "Glenn gets his confidence from Buzz, and if they were separated even for a few minutes they both bark and become distressed, so they would need to have a loving home together.”

Stray Aide is currently searching for a home that can accommodate both Glenn and Buzz as they want to let the pair “live out their lives peacefully with as little change as possible.” Glenn relies on Buzz to help him find his bed and even make sure he's eating  food from the right bowl.

We're hoping that Glenn and Buzz find their forever home soon, and continue to live their lives as the ultimate example of #BestFriendGoals.
